With the issue of the 1991 Constitution, the concepts that until then they had on the Democracy, changed in Colombia, from conceiving the Democracy as a merely representative relationship to understand it as a conception of real participation, which implies many changes not only in the normative system in which the topic is developed, but in the required social processes that are required for the materialization of the Participative concept that was introduced in the 1991 Constitution.

Following this ideas and keeping in mind that there is no doubt that one of the aspects that have more influence in the destinations and in the societies formation is the education, the concepts about Participative Democracy most irradiate the limits and the pedagogic processes that are implemented in Colombia, with the porpouse of generating educational processes that help the development of the Participative Democracy. Thus, spaces such as student legal groups offer wide possibilities for the development of this Democracy education, inside the educational institutions.
